My Journey
Approach to Care
With more than 30 years of combined experience in healthcare, rehabilitation, and education, my professional journey has been guided by continuous learning, clinical curiosity, and a genuine passion for helping others restore health and well-being.
A profound turning point in my career came when I discovered Quantum Touch. Experiencing its effects firsthand inspired me to become a practitioner and later an instructor, allowing me to integrate another valuable dimension into the care I provide. Today, I am grateful to combine my clinical knowledge with a holistic vision of health, always seeking the most appropriate approach for each individual.
Every day, I have the privilege of treating patients of all ages—from infants and children to pregnant women, athletes, and older adults experiencing acute injuries, chronic pain, or more complex health conditions. My treatments integrate osteopathic techniques, including craniosacral, myofascial, and visceral approaches, and when appropriate, I also incorporate acupuncture, lymphatic therapy, hypnotherapy, or Quantum Touch to best support the body's natural capacity to heal

Background
Expertise & Clinical Approach
Before transitioning fully into Osteopathy and complementary medicine, I spent several years working as a Specialized Educator, Child Care Consultant, and Social Therapist, supporting children with special needs and learning disabilities. During this time, I collaborated closely with interdisciplinary teams, medical practitioners, and rehabilitation centers. This experience shaped my patient-centred philosophy and reinforced the importance of treating every individual with empathy, curiosity, and respect.
I graduated in Canada as an Osteopath (D.O.) in 2012 and became a Certified Lymphedema Therapist and Complete Decongestive Therapy (Dr. Vodder Technique) practitioner through the Academy of Lymphatic Studies in the United States in 2015. Over the years, I have continually expanded my clinical expertise through certifications in acupuncture, auricular acupuncture, cosmetic acupuncture, AcuNova acupuncture, dry needling, hypnotherapy, and Quantum Touch. I have also pursued extensive studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Five Element Acupuncture, allowing me to offer a broad range of complementary therapeutic approaches tailored to each patient's individual needs.
